Air Travel

Before completing your registration, please be sure that you have confirmed your air travel to Cancun for the Bushnell Eyewear 2016 North American Sales Conference. Your flight information is required so that we can provide transportation for you to and from the Cancun International Airport.

We have arranged a meeting discount fare with Delta airlines to help reduce costs for your travel to Cancun. Discounted fares will range from 5% to 40% off of selected fare types. You will either need to call Delta directly (800.455.2720) using contract number NMLGN or indicate during registration that you would like DMI Travel to assist with booking your travel.

Plan to arrive in Cancun by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, September 9, 2015. The Welcome Reception will be the first event-sponsored activity which will begin promptly at 7:00 pm at the Azur Pool.

Ground Transportation

Bushnell will provide complimentary transfers to the hotel and back to the airport during the conference dates of September 9 - 11, 2015. If you arrive prior to or depart after the conference dates, you are on your own.
